Luitink's ISO/TS16949 Certified Quality Program is based on the belief that 'Quality' is the responsibility of everyone. Press operators, assemblers, welders, and all involved in the manufacturing process are trained in inspection and quality procedures so that specification conformance is achieved throughout each production run. By checking critical part dimensions right at the work centers, lengthy downtimes are avoided.

New tooling is designed with the ultimate goal of producing a quality part.  Initial tooling and in-process inspections are performed, ensuring the die's consistency and performance. Quality assurance technicians, along with a LK Metrology computerized coordinate measuring machine (CMM), are able to produce inspection reports that meet automotive standards, including the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
